How to Join, Reschedule, or Cancel a Session

Immediately after booking a session, you will receive a Confirmation email with all the details. 

On the Confirmation email there is a "Reschedule" link that you can click on to reschedule your session, and a "Join" link to click on to join the Zoom session at the scheduled time. 

If your session is a telephone conference call, I will phone you at the scheduled time at the phone number you have indicated on the Booking Form. I will call you from 206-300-7605. Be sure to add my name and number to your Contacts so you know it's me who's calling. Nevertheless, keep the Confirmation email for rescheduling or emailing a cancel notice (see below for how to cancel).

On this platform, you are not able to cancel a session directly.

To cancel a session you can:

• Scroll down to the bottom of the Confirmation email and click on "Cancel." That automatically sends me an email with your request and I will cancel the session asap. You will then receive an email confirmation of the cancellation.
• Alternatively, you may cancel your session by texting me at 206-300-7605 to let me know you need to cancel the session. I will cancel the session asap and you will receive an email confirmation of the cancellation.
