If you have decided to pursue consultation with me, please create an account at the outset. This allows me and you to track your bookings. To "Create an Account," click on the person icon at the top far right of the Menu bar. Your full name is required, as is your email address. Your phone number is marked as "optional," but please enter it for texting purposes as necessary. When you create your account, you will see a notice at the top of the form that says "By creating an account, you may receive newsletters or promotions." I assure you that I will not be sending out newsletters or promotions.
